Gemma Rose Owen

With his father being a former football player, it’s no surprise Michael Owen eventually followed suit. Starting his sporting career during his childhood, he finally went pro in 1996 and debuted as a player for Liverpool. After almost 17 years playing on the field, Owen retired in 2013. Since then, he has spent portions of his investment money working as a racehorse breeder and sports commentator.

Besides work, the former footballer is also quite a family man. With his wife Louise Bonsall, he is now a proud father of four kids, with the eldest being the couple’s daughter, Gemma Rose Owen. By the looks of it, the father-daughter duo seems to have a unique way of expressing their love for each other. Back in 2018, Gemma posted a happy birthday message for her father on social media. It may seem like a standard post, but not when the caption is accompanied by a video of the two enjoying a fun wrestling game!
