It’s something Megan Rapinoe, the team co-captain, has done for her health. According to her, her overall philosophy is to put good things in her body. She also does not eat anything artificial and likes to keep her diet simple and clean. Rapinoe also said she always incorporates protein, fiber-rich veggies, and a serving of carbohydrates, which help keep her energy boosted on and off the field. Being a winger or a wide mid, the soccer player has to run for 90 minutes straight. To sustain those 90 minutes, Rapinoe credits weight training for her endurance.
