Conservative radio host and commentator Laura Ingraham leads a busy life. In an interview, she was asked how she finds balance in her everyday life. Ingraham said she usually sleeps six to seven-and-a-half hours to relax. She also likes playing with the kids, biking, and running. As for her dietary investments, she eats lots of spinach and cottage cheese. She also drinks diluted vegetable juice and eats a whole food diet.

When it comes to exercise, Ingraham was once spotted at a Solidcore gym in Washington’s Shaw neighborhood having an intense total-body routine. An insider said the radio host’s exercise is a “really tough” one. Moreover, the fitness studio also boasts on its website that it helps clients burn an average of 600 calories per session. Even first lady Michelle Obama was reportedly spotted entering another D.C.-area Solidcore gym in 2012.
