Brooke Shields has always looked incredible. Thanks to Instagram, we now realize we’re mere mortals who get curious about how she does it! The 56-year-old model and mother of two has been sharing her workouts every week, and it’s something anyone can do at home.

It started after the model underwent surgery in 2018 to replace her knee. After years of injuries and dancing, she decided to work on her individual muscles. She also revealed in an interview that one does not have to deadlift a hundred pounds but instead make investments in doing small movements to activate the little muscles that wrap around other bigger muscles. Shields shared her progress on Instagram and noted that her exercises are “preventative” for her age. On top of working out, she also ensures she eats healthy foods and has time for self-care.
