SALLY FIELD

Like any stars, Sally Field also has to gain weight for her role, just like what she did in the Steven Spielberg movie Lincoln. The 74-year-old star had to pack on the pounds—about 25 pounds of it—to portray her role as Mary Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln’s wife. After Sally Field’s major weight loss, she confirms what we suspected all along.

Opposite to what others think was easy to gain weight, Sally revealed it was very hard. She tried to do it strategically and told me she never had a fun meal for that, though it was just plain discipline. After the film, however, Sally said losing weight was much of hard work. If it took her six months to gain it, she took a year to lose it, and she had to work out to an incredible degree like a mad fiend, hiring two trainers and doing it hard four times a week.
