Cristiano takes his diet very seriously. He is putting the right gas into the best vehicle by doing a good workout, combined with the proper diet. The father-of-four follows a high protein diet, eating a lot of whole-grain carbs, fruit, and vegetables. He is trying to avoid sugary foods as much as possible so that the pounds will not add up. Cristiano, in addition, works with his personal dietician to oversee his eating habits, like eating six small meals every day or one every three to four hours. Who says it is easy to be Cristiano?
