BARBARA MANDRELL

Barbara Mandrell belongs to a family of musicians. She is the eldest daughter of Irby and Mary Ellen, who were both popular country singers. In the ‘80s, she has appeared in her own variety show titled Barbara Mandrell and the Mandrell Sisters. For a decade, Mandrell’s star shined continuously, earning her a spot as a successful vocalist of her time. In 1997, Mandrell officially bowed down to her last appearance at Grand Ole Opry House. Since then, she never returned to singing.

Mandrell is known to have a slender figure during her heydays. She was able to keep her thin frame until she retired. The songstress may have only gained a few pounds when she gave birth, but she has definitely gone back to having a slim figure. Now at age 72, Mandrell does not look like she even aged. She is already enjoying a happy retirement life with her family. The star may have also made some investments in real estate. Except for her steel guitar, Mandrell made some money when she sold all her musical instruments.
