In the session, Kozlowski enters an enclosed chamber at a freezing 126 degrees Celcius. This gives her a healthy glow and helps in managing her mental health, moods, and sleep patterns. She is also continually walking through the streets of Venice Beach and has lost an overall 9 kilograms in the process.
