Gordon, however, can’t devour everything he cooks. He has to watch his diet, and in all fairness to him, he has the best physique. The TV personality reveals the secret to his fit body, and it has something to do with the number of meals he eats every day. As it turns out, the chef opts to stop following the traditional three meals a day, composed of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What he did is enjoy five meals a day to help his metabolism. Gordon says he likes to keep on his toes and eat light portions.
