Elton John may have been 74, but this doesn’t stop him from toning down his body. The legendary singer started a new fitness and diet regime, leaving the crooner more active than ever. He said in an earlier interview that he quickly put on weight, so he tried to avoid it by playing tennis four or five times a week. He even took a tennis pro on the road as the gym bored him.

Although Elton hated the treadmill, he admitted he could do it under pressure. Whatever way the music icon chooses to drop his weight off, what important is he is looking after himself very well. Though he didn’t reveal the method he is following, it was deemed effective with the much-slimmer Elton that fans see today. He is now prioritizing his health, probably using his insurance as he works with the medical experts to keep those pesky fats away.
