Daniel Craig doesn’t get the looks of a real James Bond but the incredible body, too. He always looks buff, and though he’s now in his 50s, he still looks effortlessly sexy. It all has something to do with the what-you-can-call James Bond diet, which involves decreasing body fats while increasing muscles— and her chest and biceps can prove that.

Daniel has to cut down his carbs and unhealthy fats intake and opt for natural and supplemental proteins. He eats about five to six small meals a day to keep his metabolism running, like filling his body with the right gas to run at the gym. Daniel, however, has been keeping his mouth shut about his James Bond workout, but there’s nothing that a little research couldn’t do. Everything’s on the internet nowadays, and there are a lot of sources that determined his routine. His workout is said to be an “approximation” than being an “exact science,” and it may be composed of a full-body power circuit, chest and back, legs, shoulders and arms, and stretching and light cardio.
