Although Courtney was never on the heavy side, she admitted in an interview that she felt the need to control her diet, which became her obsession for years. She kept her meals under 1000 calories, mainly comprising of a small portion of salad and fruit. Not only that. Courtney also made sure to burn calories by running to lose about 700 calories. Not to mention her errands and work schedule exhaust her and made her weigh about 120 pounds.

However, Courtney came to terms with her dieting obsession after learning that she does not need to pressure herself to become thin and compromise her health. That’s definitely a big weight off of her health insurance plan. She still watches over her weight and maintains a healthy and proper diet composed of five small meals a day and regulated exercise.
