If there is one thing that pop star Britney Spears has been up to in recent years, it is to carve up a path on her own. This is especially apparent after her conservatorship with her father had ended in 2021. One of the things she has been doing is to lose some weight. She has since gained a few pounds over the years but not that much that she may experience some health problems, which can dent her insurance.

Recently, she boasted that she shed some four pounds off her weight on her Instagram account. While not much, it is a sign of progress on her part. She has shared her weight loss journey on her account, posting some photos with her fitness instructor. She says that she does a lot of workout routines such as squat jumps, jumping jacks, and lateral raises.
