There’s no doubt that Goldie Hawn was America’s Sweetheart back in the 70s. Now, people consider Hawn as the matriarch of an acting family. Goldie Hawn is now 74 years old. Even at such an age and with her film experience and credits, she continues to pick up projects. It already looked like Goldie Hawn was closing in on her retirement in the early 2000s. She went on a hiatus from acting and taking film roles. However, Goldie Hawn came back in 2013 as she picked up her crown as the leading lady on the silver screen.

Her 2017 project, in which she acted alongside Amy Schumer, was the 2017 comedy film “Snatched.” Goldie is currently in pre-production on another comedy called “Family Jewels,” a movie in which she’ll star alongside Diane Keaton. One could speculate Goldie’s reason for coming back, but it’s definitely not because of money. The icon has a net worth of $90 million, so we highly doubt that she took film roles for money alone.
