David Attenborough

Sir David Attenborough is a beloved television host and natural historian. People best know him as a national treasure in the UK. In fact, he was named among the “100 Greatest Britons” following a UK-wide poll for the BBC. He rose to prominence for writing and narrating the landmark documentary series called Life, which presents a comprehensive survey of animal and plant life on Earth. Attenborough also won a Primetime Emmy Award for narrating Blue Planet II.

He is also the only person to have won BAFTAs for black and white programs, color, HD, 3D, and 4K because of his long and illustrious career. At 94 years old, he also doesn’t show any signs of slowing down and has never talked about retirement. Recently, he starred in the 2020 documentary film David Attenborough: A Life on Our Planet, which he described as the personal statement of his life and the future.
